À propos de l'événement
Summer Tuesdays come alive on the MCA terrace with free concerts highlighting artists from Chicago’s internationally renowned music community. Enjoy live music while relaxing on the lawn with your own picnic, or savor snacks and drinks available for purchase. Then head inside to catch the MCA’s summer exhibitions—we’re open late on Tuesdays and free for Illinois residents.
We’re kicking off our 26th season of Tuesdays on the Terrace with the electrifying energy of acclaimed saxophonist and composer Isaiah Collier and his quartet. Recently praised by The New York Times for his latest album, The World Is on Fire, Collier and his band, The Chosen Few, continue to push the boundaries of jazz with his bold compositions and dynamic performances.
Join us for this special season opener with an indoor iteration in the Edlis Neeson Theater.
